Spent three nights here. the free breakfast was disappointing and the shower was a challenge, but the beds were incredibly comfortable. I’d definitely stay again.

I enjoyed my stay at Phoenix Park Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome right from check-in. My room was cozy, and the bed was comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. I appreciated the tea and coffee-making facilities in the room, which added a nice touch. The location is perfect. Just a short walk from Dublin Zoo and the Guinness Storehouse. Close to public transport options. However, the shower pressure was quite low, which was a downside during my stay. The breakfast could also use some improvement. it felt limited.

Had an awesome group vacation here! The staff was super friendly, and we loved the comfy beds. We explored the nearby Dublin Zoo and walked to the Guinness Storehouse, both within a short distance. Proximity to the LUAS made it easy to get around. Breakfast was generous. Just a heads up, the shower in our room had some issues with water temperature.

Decent stay, great staff
We had a pretty good time overall. The staff was super friendly and helped us out whenever we needed. The room was comfy and spotless. The continental breakfast was solid with plenty of options. Just wish the street noise wasn’t so loud at night. it made it tough to get a good sleep.

The check-in process was smooth, thanks to the friendly staff. I appreciated the spacious room that offered a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation.
However, the check-in experience, while friendly, could use a more organized process during busy times.

Not bad for a getaway
The staff were helpful and did their best to accommodate my requests like getting an extra kettle for my tea cravings. The location was handy being close to public transport and some nice cafes down the street.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but the comfort made it bearable.
