the affordability, proximity to the Zoo & Heuston Station were the reason why I choose the hotel. The Hotel room was clean and confortable no luxury but I felt that the €75 charge was appropriate for what I was getting.
The reception was poor, the light in the landing wasn't working & the water in the shower was luke warm at 07:30am, the absence of a bath was also a minus.

Booked this hotel to go to a concert in Croke Park. 3 mins from Hueston station - Luas takes you into city - €1.50. Delighted with this accomodation and would happily recommend it to others!!

We stayed overnight for the recent Take That concert and were not disappointed. The young man in reception was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spacious, modern and very clean. Hueston train station, the Luas tram system and bus stops are within a short walk which made it very handy for the city centre. The tram costs only €1.50. We would definately stay again.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. It's bit outside of the city center -- but a quick ride on the nearby Luas station at Heuston Station and you're in the city center. For the price, it was great.
The booking website bragged about having internet -- something the hotel did not have. As a business traveler, this was a total inconvenience. There wasn't even internet in the lobby or a business center. The hotel staff said that the hotel just reopened after a renovation and they are working on installing it.

Close to railway station Value for money Helpfull staff Basic but we paid for what we got Luas line nearby
Toilet/shower was small but was fine for us. If you are a person that has problems with your walk, there are three steps up to toilet. If you are a larger person it would be a tight fit.

Excellent home base for discovering Dublin with really good and exceptional staff who gave a great service. Great and decent location, at a short distance from Guinness Storehouse. Plenty of pub and cafes in walking distance.

The staff were friendly. My room was cozy, and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the tea and coffee-making facilities in the room. The location is perfect. Just a short walk from Dublin Zoo and the Guinness Storehouse. Close to public transport options. The shower pressure was quite low, a downside . It felt limited.

The breakfast was perfect as expected with good tea and cheese, for instance.

My room was extremely quiet, which was great for me to get a night's sleep in a city hotel. Plus, I was able to store my bag for the day, which was great before getting a train home in the evening. The location was excellent, near Phoenix Park and Heuston Station.
There was a bit of a 'Fawlty Towers' feeling about the place when I arrived, nobody at reception and little attention to my needs. The room just felt 'run down' with a missing light bulb, faulty or poor fittings in the bathroom and considerable noise from the bathroom fan. A bit of a stink off the new carpets and in a corner of the room and there was no wi-fi.

The location is definitely the highlight! Just steps away from Phoenix Park, perfect for morning strolls! The room was comfy, but street noise was a bit annoying at night 😅
